Problem
Unable to establish RAP connection with <host>: Authentication error; why = Client credential too weak There does not appear to be a nsrexecd server running on <host>
Solution
This is a two part solution. Client and Server.
For the client follow: UTORrecover NetWorker: Fixing inconsistent NSR peer information
Create a ticket via ESC https://utor.cloud/utorrecover/help to clear the client peer information including the client FQDN, .e.g.
host.dept.utoronto.ca
Once the client peer info has been cleared, run an echo request https://backups.eis.utoronto.ca/request/echo
