  1. Login to the UTORrecover Portal https://backups.eis.utoronto.ca

  2. Submit an Echo Request https://backups.eis.utoronto.ca/request/echo

  3. If the Echo Request result in ERROR PROCESSED , please verify:

  4. Submit an Echo Request https://backups.eis.utoronto.ca/request/echo if you addressed any of the items in Step 3.

  5. An Echo Request with PROCESSED will likely result in a succesful backup.
