Solution
Login to the UTORrecover Portal https://backups.eis.utoronto.ca
Submit an Echo Request https://backups.eis.utoronto.ca/request/echo
If the Echo Request result in ERROR PROCESSED , please verify:
- NetWorker Agent is running. Check based on OS, i.e.
systemctl status networker - Protected Client IP Address matches what’s listed in https://backups.eis.utoronto.ca/protected-clients
- Firewall rules are properly set. Review UTORrecover - NetWorker TCP/IP and Firewall Checklist
- NetWorker Agent is running. Check based on OS, i.e.
Submit an Echo Request https://backups.eis.utoronto.ca/request/echo if you addressed any of the items in Step 3.
An Echo Request with PROCESSED will likely result in a succesful backup.
